Positives: The only thing I liked about this property was its proximity to the Santa Clara Convention Center I had a conference to attend to. I really disliked EVERYTHING about my stay at this property and truly wish I never wasted my money here.

Negatives: Check-in was the first bad experience. The person checking us in the evening of 2/28/24 was speaking to someone on the ear piece the entire process, not once making eye contact, no welcome or thank you. The room was filthy. The sink clogged. Terrible!

Negatives: Some noise from nearby train tracks, airplanes (under flight paths for SJC) and could hear conversations in the next room over. Was able to drown out with white noise

Positives: The location was quiet and close enough to our destination.

Negatives: The room was dirty, the bathroom looked like it hadnt been wiped down there were mysterious stains everywhere and there was no hand soap or shampoo. Also toilet paper roll was literally down to the last layer with no extra roll in the bathroom luckily Im always prepared and front desk was very helpful.
