The staff was nice and the room was very clean.
Negatives:
The duvet on the bed didn't have an actual duvet cover, just a loose sheet, not very sanitary in my opinion. Unless they're washing the duvets after every person's stay. There was no room service. We had to order food and walk downstairs to pick it up. Food was very expensive. We called and asked for towels 2-3 times, they never showed up. Pool was out of order. Overall, not the best experience for the amount we paid.
