All of the staff was very friendly and quick to respond or react. And it was clean feeling.
Negatives:
My first full day I started my morning with no water, it was at least fixed quickly but frustrating. The bed if I sat on the edge furthest away from the wall would swing up.

Noisy all night people coming and going all night loud talking hard to get sleep.

The place was clean.
Negatives:
I had people knocking on my door after midnight every night looking for different people. Lots of late night activity. Loud music being played. Lots of smoking and weed outside our non smoking room. Drunk people, drug use. I would not recommend this place for a family. I was alone with my kids and I had to yell at people to stop knocking on my door. It felt really sketchy and unsafe. When I checked out, the front desk girl took a while to look up from her phone and barely said two words so I didn't waste my breath complaining.
