This room claimed to be a two King bed room with full kitchen. The room did not have a kitchen or even a microwave and only one king bed. Staff was less than pleasant about changing the room to two beds and made the experience unsatisfactory.

Positives:
Loved the rooms aroma, ample parking, 24 hour fitness room, the bars / restaurants, foyer, buildings outside accessibility, and access to highways.
Positives:
The concerige were wonderful at this hotel, I had some complications regarding my booking and they went above and beyond to help me resolve it. With the rooms being nice and clean and the restaurant on the first floor serving excellent food, this defintely is one of my new favorite Mariott hotels and I would not hesitate to return to this location if I'm ever in the area again.
Negatives:
Due to the hotel not having many floors, the rooms can be quite far from the front desk. While I don't mind a good walk, it's a different story when I'm dragging a heavy suitcase across a carpeted floor. Also, the elevator I had to take to get to my room was very small and cramped, it felt more akin to getting in a dumb elevator.

Negatives:
Arrived at the hotel just before midnight after a flight delay, and was told by the hotel staff that they don't have our reservation. Despite showing them all the confirmed hotel booking emails and even credit card statement showing the hotel charge they still refused to provide a room. Waited at the hotel literally for hours for them to review their record (we really wanted to go elsewhere but all other hotels around us were all booked out), and was finally given a room key after 3AM. 3AM!!!!!!! This is a horrible hotel and I would not visit again and recommend everyone to book elsewhere. Their front desk staff are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

ARRIVED AT 11.30PM BUT HOTEL ONLY GAVE US THE ROOM AT 3AM!!!
Positives:
Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurant in the lobby had excellent food and the location was convenient for attending events at the nearby San Mateo County Event Center. The bus shuttle to the airport was also greatly appreciated.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn't like was that the doors to the bathroom shower didn't properly close and would slide open. Other than that inconvenience, I don't have any other complaints.

by far the one best hotel I've ever stayed at. beds were comfortable and clean room size was perfect for my large family. pool has long hours and was clean. close to the highway.
Negatives:
price was kind of high. paid for breakfast with my reservation and upon check in was told its only for two people not everyone in on my reservation. which makes no sense. why would only two people get breakfast when it 6 on the reservation. additional breakfast was 28 per person which is outrageous for what they had.
