Positives:
It was close to the job I'm working at. The staff was ok.
Negatives:
The guests staying at the hotel were up all hours of the nite. Early in the morning, I had a homeless man digging loudly outside my room from the trash. The room I was in felt like I was right on the freeway and loud. The bed was not very comfortable.
Positives:
I checked in and they were going to give me a room on the second floor and there was no elevator on that side of the hotel, so I told the clerk that I needed something on the first floor. He was very helpful and found me a room on the first floor.
Negatives:
A very little thing, and that was when I entered the room smelled like they had dogs in that room. But I had a disinfectant spray and spray the room.

Water damage over shower made for a bad first impression. Overall the space worked for what it was needed for.

We found about 4 cockroaches in the room, the staff said the room will get fumigated, there were about three cars in the parking lot that were filled with garbage and probably abandone on the property. The shower had rust stains in it.

Positives:
I've been in the same room for several months. Staying local, in town for an extensive business project. Facility is conveniently located. Rooms are comfy enough. Wifi is used sparingly as I have a VPN, but it's sufficient. Have not tried the paid version. As always, staff is friendly, which is worth about 70% of value to me. Courtesy, respect and consideration is what I seek, and in essence return. If there is a complaint, the executive staff responds without delay. As a business owner, I find this helpful and essential in conflict resolution.
Negatives:
Would like to have a "set" day per week for room cleaning. Just fresh linen, towels and vacuuming. Otherwise, all else is absolutely superb. Also, the cleaning policy is clearly defined virtually and in person, which doesn't eliminate my need.

Positives:
I was skeptical about the noise from the freeway just outside the door. Turns out it wasnt an issue. I had no problem sleeping. Other tenants were quiet as well. Some people complain about the breakfast. Keep in mind, you didnt choose this place for an elegant eatery. Sure its minimal but theres restaurants and junk food nearby.
