Absolutely fabulous location with an easy walk to the beach and food options, 5 minutes drive to see elephant seals & Hearst Castle. The front desk staff were awesome, especially Julian, who took his time to share recommendations and locations with me.

This hotel should never have been a 3.5 star hotel and on the vip list to pick from. Im sorry to say but Ive been in hotel 6 that are better.

After 9 days driving throughout California I wasn't expecting much at this stop, since we've stayed here before. However, it ended up being the perfect way to end our trip. The room was beautiful and cozy and staff amazing. Thank you!!!

I love how close it is to the ocean. It has an 80 degree indoor/outdoor pool.Pets are allowed at additional costs

It was charming and nice woodwork, staff was great, and the breakfast was good. Grat location.
Negatives:
It's an older building and could use some remodeling.

Close to Hearst Castle. Nicely tied to the location as being named after Julia Morgan the architect that working the castle for nearly 30 yrs. The room has nice drawings and artifacts about her designs for the castle.

A nice hotel conveniently located near Hearst Castle and Cambria. Easy beach access and hiking trails a few miles away at Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and waffles included in the continental breakfast.

No elevator to the 2nd floor rooms.
