Did not receive room I paid for- was downgraded at same price. No towels in the pool, the rain soaked up my carpet in bedroom. It was cold no heaters provided no extra blankets, no working phones in room, outlets disnt work so lighting was poor tub peeln

We didnt sleep the first night. We woke up scratching from sleeping on their bed. The room may have been infested with bedbugs. Also There were food left on the floor form Previous occupants, carpet was very dusty and was obviously not vacuumed at all.

the maintenance man knocked on my door as my freind was sleeping, 1 hour into our stay. she was sleeping in underwearand he came in when she opened the door, he told her he needs to look in the restroomfor maintenance he did not tell her , then left room

I did not get the hotel location I asked for and front desk as there was a mixup during the reservation The hotel staff was awful in trying to correct the situation and I paid a lot more than I should have Last time I book with this hotel

Families that spent the entire day in the pool area, completely monopolizing the space, leaving no room for other guests.

The room needs a little bit of an upgrade.. doors were messed up, the sofa bed was not very comfortable, you can feel the springs when you sit or lay on it. There were missing room numbers while looking for ours.

people at the counter were rude, had 6 of us in a room and only 2 towels. the hot tub wasnt hot it was barley warm and no towels in the pool area asked front desk to get some and she was extremely rude, wouldn't even make eye contact.
