Walls are very thin so many sleepless nights. There were some shady people hanging around and approaching me for cigarettes, money or drugs throughout my stay. I didn't always feel super safe as I did not see cameras or any security patrolling.

It is conveniently located. All of the staff have been great. It offers tremendous value for the money.

It would be nice if the washer/dryer would take credit card or electronic payment method. If you want to buy a roll of quarters, you have to pay by cash only - so if you are in a bind (like I was, and I had no cash), you can't do laundry.

Convenient to where we were staying. Great breakfast bar. The pool area and hot tub looked really nice, but it was too cold outside for us to use it.

Its a nice hotel and the staff were great. But we didnt get any cleaning service or fresh towels over our three night stay. Had to ask. And got locked out after two nights as they thought we were done. Had to go to the check in to see what was up. They

That was not clean.I found a big cockroach in the bathroom.. There is a dust everywhere.. Sofa bed wasnt comfortable.

flying bugs from sink drain, towel over tub stained(looked used/refolded), around door lock was not painted(hodge podge), curtain-hems hanging/unattached on one side, few dead bugs in middle of floor indicating not swept, dresser lots of scratches.

The mattress was noisy and uncomfortable like it was stuffed with plastic bags. And I could not sleep because of all of the noise outside of the room people talking, people coming and going slamming car doors and trunks. I had to drive long-distance.

Room was missing a bath stopper, tv and fridge so they moved us to another room further than the original. You can hear airplanes flying over and everyone who walks bye. Fueniture outdated and scratched. Breakfast was not good

We were given a room for disable people; yet the bathtub was slippery as hell?? We changed to a regular room... same slippery tub and molding in the bathroom walls an ceiling.

I reserved the rooms more than 2 weeks before arrival and when I went to check In I was told they did not have the rooms I booked. They claimed there was delayed flights and thus had more guests. Manager was not on site and not helpful.
