Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

In-&-Out Burger is across from the hotel which is nice if you like fast food. It's near the freeway entrance of the 101.

Room is good, not great. At night, there is lots of noise with the AC and the heating unit, making it hard to sleep.

The parking lot seemed small. It was often challenging to find a spot.

Rooms have a kitchenette--very handy. Comfortable bed. Responsive staff. This Extended Stay location is also MUCH cleaner than other ones.
Negatives:
On the north end of town--adds 10-15 minutes to most commutes (but quiet and close to the Santa Barbara airport).

Have stayed at the Hotel a few times. No frills but clean and staff is helpful if you ask . I was visiting my daughter and I just needed a basic place to stay. Good stay overall and parking wasn’t a problem !

The staff was efficient, rooms were excellent, beds were comfortable, plenty of space for clothing and easy entrance to rooms and hotel.
Negatives:
Bathroom hair dryer off hinge and did not function. Toilet did not flush consistently. We would stay again.
