The location was close to many restaurants. But access to our room was not good and the hallways were run down.
Negatives:
I didnt like our room location, the view, or the run down hallways, the room had some stuff on a wall and the bed, not sure what it was. Our heater didnt work, the power in our room went out. Then we were moved to a handicap accessible room where the shower wet the toilet and it was all on the same floor, it was gross. The staff tried to be helpful, but the hotel itself was not nice at all. Not a good experience overall, in fact I had to move hotels it was so bad, and didnt stay.

Terrible stay
Positives:
I did not stay in the hotel. I made reservations; two rooms for three kids and two grandkids. They very much appreciated the hotel staff when help was needed. The swimming pool and facility were immaculate.
Negatives:
Two things: 1) costly - and this was not a weekend. 2) The reservation system sucks. Using some hired service made reservations a nightmare. At this time, I still do not know if the final bill will be $500 too high (due to errors on the hotel side).

Some of the rooms were recently remodeled. Unfortunately this created an issue where the pictures and amenities listed on booking.com didnt match the realities of the room. Staff were kind enough to accommodate and upgrade us to a room matching the price and desired amenities originally booked.
