messy rooms, main floor likely serves for guests with dogs or pets, as a result, a lot of pet hair is on sofas and everywhere. Also, the hotel feels empty, the restaurant is terrible, and the complimentary wine offered should be avoided.

130 dollars in taxes added to the bill. Was charged 40 dollars for parking on my bill and then charged again when I went through the gate, even though the desk clerk said that was going to happen. Also every hotel I have ever stayed at provides coffee complimentary, this place only has a coffee bar to pay for coffee. I expect a lot more coming from a Hilton: Infact I just stayed at a hotel last night at half the price that was excellent, where parking was free, rooms where excellent, coffee was on the house, and excellent service. I travel everywhere with up to 75 flights a year and unless Hilton changes somehow it will be the last time I stay at one. When we become successful we don’t just throw our money away. We have to be mindful of how we spend. This was a disappointing stay.

Hi unfortunately I had the worse customer server ever . The only reason that I decided to stay here was because my son was getting merry the next day I arrived requested if I can get a check in a list one hour early they told they cleaning the room. They will text me that never happened I had to change in my car cause I had to be in the wedding I got back late that night about 12 O’clock and still I didn’t have a room I had to wait I will never stay there again also I will pass on the word to my friends and relatives . My son and family always used to stay there after this bad experience no more . I really think I should get refund for this booking . It wasn’t pleasant at all stay there .not only that I asked if I can check out a list one hour late they said No
