5-star facility. Elegant, modern and comfortable.
Negatives:
Service could be improved. Breakfast lady was very aggressive. We purchased room rates with breakfast included but it only included one person and it's $25 per additional person and she was barking at everyone. Staff service was not aligned with hotel quality.

the room was very modern, the location was excellent, they had breakfast included and it was wonderful too. They had "bar food" special as it was during the S.F. 49'ers play off game and that too was really good.
Negatives:
no microwave in the room. No freezer in the refrigerator.
