House keeping never came once. We had to ask for towels which they said were in the dryer and never brought up. I removed our own trash daily. Plus the gym had no treadmill

The kitchen appliances worked well, bed was comfortable, shower decent. There is complimentary coffee in the morning and you can take packets upstairs to make in the room too.
Negatives:
Overall very mediocre. That they charge for parking separately is ridiculous. This area - all of South Bay - is unusable without a car. The hotel is very dated and everything looks like it needs maintenance. The stuff are disinterested. It worked, but only because we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room.

Barbecue area felt like home, I had my loyal companion wizz who always is taking care of my needs ( he is a service dog) he also liked the property, room was large enough for the both of us so all in all great stay
