Positives:
Fairly nice place at a spectacular location, only about 100 yards to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. It was a decent room, clean, freshly painted, had a TV and we were in a suite with 3 beds!!
Negatives:
We didn’t give a perfect rating as it is a little dated looking and the beds and bedding were a little on the cheap side. Also, we were told to leave a remote on the bed to get fresh linens, but that didn’t work. There was a spot for a swimming pool that was paved over, and I like a heated pool for the kids. Not really a big problem with any of that, but it kept me from feeling I could give a top score.

Loved that it was so close to the boardwalk and I booked it at a great price and it was clean and beds were so comfortable. And we got the family suite so everyone slept perfectly.

The power went out like 2 times which wasn't fun but we still enjoyed our stay there

Maids stole makeup and $200 in vouchers for the boardwalk. Then they accused me of breaking their tv. Do your research and read other reviews on trip advisor and do NOT book here!God hates thieves and liars.

Very nice,very close to the Pier,clean.
Negatives:
Well,they called me letting me know that if arrived after 12 a.m. they would charge me 50 dls. extra,I mean if already pay for my stay I guess I can check in at a time that is convenient for me,right?, other than that everything was good.

Walls are paper thin. Whoever stayed above is we could here every footstep and voices. Didn’t get any sleep because of the noise above us.
