Every time I stay here I say its near perfection but I wish you left chocolates like the Ritz does with nighttime turndown!
The only other issue we had this time is you were VERY busy with some film conference & there were never any servers at the pool like there normally are so both days we had to call room service to have delivery at the pool which at first they resisted but we said there are NO servers at the pool as there should be to place an order.

The staff was friendly, the location was great.

They ran out of hot water for an entire day. We had 2 rooms, and though they gave us one room before official check in time, we only got the second room at 6pm.
