The staff definitely made this hotel. Tracy at reception was was welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. The security outside were also superb and friendly.

Between room rate, taxes, fees, and paying for valet (only option), the room cost over $---. We had to move rooms three times because the air conditioning wasnt working in any of them. also they ran out of hot water so we took cold showers.

The location is super close to the boardwalk and the hotel itself is nice. The rooms were clean. The grounds are nice.

I didnt like that we were charged for a full night since we pre-paid even though both of our flights were delayed and we spent 3 hours at Budget car rental by LAX waiting for our rental since they had one agent. The night hotel staff didnt seem to care. I will never pre-pay again. Nothing was taken off our bill nor were we given a credit. The morning hotel staff allowed us to check out at 1pm.

Staff and Hugo the concierge very kind. The room was very clean. The pool and the gym super! Breakfast was great: hot choccolate and croissant top. You will be never fell alone. The staff helps you and suggests you what to do. Thank you for kindness. It was a great experience!
