Positives:
The breakfast was great. Loved the fresh fruit. The afternoon cookies were a very nice touch and loved the coffee/latte machine near the front desk. The staff were very helpful and nice.
Negatives:
we requested a downstairs room at the time of original booking several weeks prior, but were given an upstairs room upon arrival. Although disappointing at first, the front desk person made it so that the next day we moved to a downstairs room.

Positives:
The location was great, it is right by the freeway and there's many food options close by walking distance. The pool looked nice and there was lots of parking. The front staff was nice and understanding.
Negatives:
The first room we were given had a horrible ant problem. We were only in for a few minutes and some of our belongings already had ants crawling all over them. We immediately got back in the car to tell the front desk and get another room when we were told that the ants have been causing issues in many of their rooms so they couldn't guarantee that the other room they gave us wouldn't have ants. Thank goodness the second room didn't have a problem but if it did, were we just going to go try out multiple rooms til we found one without an ant problem? It wasn't a great way to start our stay. Value wise it wasn't worth it. The bathroom was comparable to a motel bathroom and things just didn't seem very clean. I'm grateful we only had to stay two nights. The front staff was kind and it wasn't their fault that any of this happend, it just sucks that it did.
