After Saturday, Apr 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: It was convenient to the places I needed to go.

Negatives: I pick do the property because it hd a kitchenette. I was surprised that it was not intuitive on how to obtain utensils, plates, etc. AI thinkmit would have been asked if I planned to use the kitchenette and then they could have delivered the utensils. It was also not clear that no one would be changing the towels. And, lastly, the building is poorly insulated. Not only could I hear the people above me walk heavily, but I heard talking.

Positives: There is a good kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, 2 burners, and a microwave. The room has plenty of cupboard space. They provided a lot of the dishes, pots and pans. No need to go to a restaurant. The room was clean. We could control the temperature in the room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also, it is very close to the Kaiser hospital that we wanted easy access to. For medical reasons, we have stayed here 3 times for about a week each time. We would come again. It is not 5 star, but we didn't pay for 5 star. It had what was most important for us.

Negatives: There are no gluten free options for breakfast nor are there herbal teas.
