Refund paperwork was clear and properly documented.
Negatives:
First room, we were issued smelled like smoke. So, we walked out immediately and called front desk for another room; which they provided promptly.
However that room comforter was stained and pillows were stained and dingy.
So we asked for fresh pillows.
Thay said No!
So, we asked for a refund and left for another hotel.

Positives:
Water was hot, mostly quiet, pet friendly, bed was decent
Negatives:
Male front desk staff was incredibly rude, filthy shower covered in hair, blood stained pillow case, broken fixtures throughout, phone didn’t work, only one body towel was supplied in the bathroom and it was covered in someone else’s long black hair. $100 a night is way too expensive for the quality that is offered at this establishment.
