Warm room on a cold night.

The room was very small. I've stayed in larger MicroTels. I'm sure this was a glitch, but the in-room Keurig failed and I found that the office/dining area was closed until breakfast service.

Location was the best part, near the heavenly gondola

Shower was extremely small Bed occupied most of the room We werent told about requesting room clean service. As a result, we ended up with a dirty room

The elevator was broken and I was on the third floor. The area around the hot tub in my room was dirty. There was trash under the bed. There was a hole in the bathroom door. Breakfast doesnt start till 7.

Staffs are friendly and the breakfast is great.
Negatives:
The heater is super loud that we cant sleep well. Its like an alarm, keeping waking us up and we have to turn it off or its hard to sleep.

It was so disappointing we booked 4 rooms and due to overcrowded hotel they gave us 1 room in another building instead of holding onto our originally booked Rooms they gave it to someone else Staff was very unhelpful and no room service for 3 days

Staff is very unwelcoming and unprofessional we stayed 3 days and no room service the phone inside every room was purposely dead so you cannot reach customer desk breakfast rooms were overcrowded with no seats to sit only 1 stafff to refill and other work

With 'do not disturb' sign on the doorknob, A male employee pulled the ultimate sin, knocked on & door early. If a bad night, it's crap icing on the crappy cake. But we were already awake from good sleep. That's still a point off otherwise perfect score
