No shuttle at 12 midnight onlythe burlingame kept coming...and instead the nearer one didnt hv to my horror I had to call after waiting for 1 hr and It was very upsetting indeed. As I had to take an uber to the hotel .The lady charged me 168 plus tax where as in my booking showed total 168 including tax.
The cherry on the cake was after all the time wasted not even a bottle of water was kept in the room.

The staff is smart. We were assigned a room on a different floor than a group of folks who were staying for a large family gathering. We were not disturbed and slept well. Great firm mattress.

The rooms are not well lit. In fact, the rooms are quite dark after sunset.
