The staff is smart. We were assigned a room on a different floor than a group of folks who were staying for a large family gathering. We were not disturbed and slept well. Great firm mattress.

The rooms are not well lit. In fact, the rooms are quite dark after sunset.

The room heater did not work. 2 electrical plug were loose were unable to use to charge a cell phone. The water sprinklers were rusted. Hotel Maintenace was called but they arrived at check out.
