Positives:
The location was close to stores and restaurants. It was a 10 min car ride to Six Flags. The hot breakfast in the morning was great and my kids enjoyed the fresh baked cookies in the evening.
Negatives:
There was some remodeling happening, and although it didn't interfere with any of the amenities there was a strong smell of the flooring glue they were using. It wasn't terrible in our room but definitely noticeable in the hallway. I don't know that it's something they can really control so I didn't feel the need to complain to the desk about it.

All in all a decent...
Positives:
Breakfast was decent and the bed and room were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was super easy and fast. Hotel location was easy to access and easy to find. Everything was clean for except the unmade bed.
Negatives:
Room was clean except that they hadn't made the bed (sheets were present but not tucked in) when I arrived and the comforter was missing. My guess is that the sheets were clean and they had gone to get a clean comforter but then forgot to come back and finish. Nonetheless, I was uncomfortable with the unmade bed and asked for new sheets, along with a comforter. The front desk was awesome but housekeeping staff didn't want to change out the sheets and just kept telling me they were always clean. I did finally convince them to give me new clean sheets but it was an awkward exchange.
