El Patio Inn Studio City

Negatives: No staff Members to check in or out. Beds are broken and terrible. Shower is so smalll and doesnt drain bathroom fan makes a terrible noise. Place is broken and crappy. Wont ever stay at this dump again.

Negatives: Rooms are very small. Kinda outdated furniture. But was ok.

Negatives: Rooms and beds were dirty - avoid it

Negatives: The motel looks more picturesque than actuality; I was not expecting a 4 star place - more like a Motel 6 or Traveloge, but it was a notch below those two. It was definitely outdated, and some of the furniture (table and chairs) are the plastic kind.

Negatives: Everything else, the room was filthy! Marks up walls, shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months, old food stains by the microwave and dirty towels. Room was infested with fleas and myself and my children got covered in bites! Hotel tried to deny they had fleas even though a Dr confirmed this. They refused to move us or offer any refund

Negatives: No iron No ice No vending machine

Negatives: The bathroom was very dirty and had a lot of mold

Negatives: Room kind of small,it really needs a better cleaning maintenance shower and ceiling in the bathroom were disgusting full of mold. Management need to keep a close eye to housekeepers because theyre definitely not doing a good job of cleaning.

Negatives: I didn't like the parking lot. It's not van friendly, we were stuck for about 20 minutes trying to back out but couldn't because of another car that wasnt suppose to be there took up a space. We couldnt find the owner of that car (eventually we did) I didn't like the pegiouns outside the window making noise all night. I didn't like the steep little hill to exit out of, you had to wait 1 minutes for the automated gate to open, since its on a steep hill, you have to drive out carefully because its a narrow alley where other residents who live behind the gate use the same alley. I didn't like that I had to travel to another INN to get my room keys (regardless if it being a mile or so away. Property isn't staffed , no complimentary water nor coffee. No one checking if any cars belong in the parking lot. The room we had for a family of 5, was so small. 2beds full not queen, small tv, microwave, small fridge, desk phone and an alarm clock. This property is very much out of date. I didn't like that there were random outlets in random, uncommon spots. No safe to put any personal expensive belongings into.

Negatives: The only thing that I didn't like was the parking is small
