4-star hotels with no in room slippers, kettle (despite offering tea + coffee) nor delivery of items to your room. Cleaning staff touched/used my toiletries during 1-3 incidents over an 8 day stay — I raised this to the reception, they took the concern seriously but nobody ever got in touch with me after notifying of the event. Highly uncomfortable situation for a Marriott brand hotel. The reception were accomodating to find alternative solutions regarding the lack of kettle.
