i forfeited my $--- to stay at this hotel because i didnt have $250 for the outrageous deposit they wanted. I ended up leaving early because I couldnt afford to even have them "hold" that on my card. It would have taken 5- 10 days to get it back.
Positives:
The pillows and bed were very comfortable. Having a breakfast included was convenient. I felt like the hotel was in a safe location. It was easy access to a freeway. The front desk staff were extremely friendly.

A tiny bit dated, but overall, a very good value for having a suite with a kitchenette. Would definitely stay there again.

I book this hotel whenever I visited the Bay Area from India. It is close to my work and hence continue to book here.

#1) The staff: The staff (especially a lady staff) does not necessary look things from a customer perspective. Though I booked at a daily rate of $----/day, they still demand similar charges for even 2 hours of early check-in or 1 hour of delayed check-out

I love ❤️ the location,ambiance, cleanliness, Fanstastic that the washers and dryers are free. and most especially the people were so nice and professionals, ♥️ (staff) from the manager Wendy Lopez, Sarah, Emily and special mention to Martha who makes great breakfast everyday( Speedy Gonzales).We will be back to stay at this place over and over again..

The hotel was decent and clean. Near the freeway. Price was reasonable. It has all the basic amenities. No bells and whistles.
Negatives:
They charged $10/day for parking, which was a surprise as I didn't see that on booking.com. Watch for fine fine prints. Breakfast was really bad. Everything was microwaved. I'd rather spend a few bucks at McDonald's down the street.

Location is close and convenient to where we want to explore. It has kitchen where we can cook our food when breakfast is not good.
Negatives:
On weekends, breakfast was not good at all. Stuck with oatmeals, cereals and coffee. Weekdays - eggs, sausage, rice, potato bites, french toast. Might run out when you are an hour late (if it is served at 6am-9am be there at 6:30am or you won't get any). They don't refill.
