Positives: Easy to get to. Front desk person was very nice, great attitude and smile.

Negatives: In need of a renovation. Only 1 elevator to supply the needs of all rooms and 2 people max in the elevator. No water pressure. Could not get shampoo rinsed out of hair. Wear and tear in the room was somewhat unsightly.

Positives: I like the price of the hotel but it really needs to be updated. There were people in the pool area at 3 a.m. in the morning and that was very annoying because the gates don't automatically lock. There needs to be more parking for wheelchair/ADA and side walks need to be fixed for wheelchair use. Also I believe the washing machines and gym area were out of use. The price we paid was good for the hotel because we did get breakfast the mornings we were there but the times we were given were a bit cut short sometimes. I really love the staff and especially Mrs. Brandy at the front desk, such a sweet young lady!!! Keep smiling Mrs. Brandy!!!!
