The room design is weird. Interior hallways are pretty worn

Very uncomfortable mattress. As soon as we got off the elevator on our floor, noticed a a hole in the wall near the floor in the hallway. There was sand all over the cushion used as a window seat.

It was convenient to the location we were visiting. The price was great. Perfect on the go breakfast. Pet friendly.

Front desk agents at check in were amazing. Friendly and helpful

Housekeeping knocks on doors at 8am whether you have a Dnd on your door or not. It was totally out of line and management made more excuses for their poor behavior than anything else. Other issues came up and they were never resolved. It's sad

Lovely hotel with nice rooms and nice breakfast
Negatives:
Great hotel and staff but we had people in the room overhead who played basketball and furniture jumping all night, slamming drawers and shouting too. along with loud tv until 5am, then tv turned into music- was like a herd of elephants having a 24 hour party! No sleep at all staff did their best to help I have to say

Terrible stay for us - but only because of the folks above seemingly trying to come through the ceiling!
