The room was not clean. Stains on couch. Bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper of which were empty. They took the time to fold the last sheet in a triangle for 2 empty rolls.

Nice place with good breakfast. The pool area was open and had an acceptable standard.
The room was clean and you can watch the beautiful sunrise from your window.
Negatives:
The staff could have been a bit friendlier. Not much information about the breakfast area. In general, if you don't ask, you don't get any information.
The area is ok, but we felt a bit unsafe when walking back and forth to the city centre at night. Ukiah has bad street lightning and there is a lot of shady things going on in the shadows. Be careful and street smart if you're travelling alone.

The rooms that we have booked months in advanced for nonsmoking both smelled of smoke to where we ended all not sleeping well. My parents ended up with headaches. My husband had to take me to urgent care cause the smoke triggered a migraine. Also room was already damage, made me question it.
