I loved the shuttle service to Universal.
Negatives:
I would never stay here again. The shuttle service was the only thing that made the stay worth it. Food was overpriced, Hotel is overpriced, There are 5 people trying to get ready and the only mirrors are in the bathroom. Other hotels are nicer because they give you the options to get ready outside the bathroom as well which makes things easier. That alone plus the food being overpriced is the reason I won't stay again. I would rather stay somewhere cheaper and pay for the premium parking and have a room that has more options when getting ready and food options that are more family friendly and cheaper.
