Comfortable, clean, very nice interior. Great restaurant area and waitress. Very good food.
Negatives:
Ongoing final billing issue! Overcharged by at least $260.00 on final checkout. For SOME reason, they told me that the overcharge was due to Expedia!! I NEVER BOOKED THIS STAY WITH EXPEDIA. I actually used Booking.com and have a copy of the actual prepaid 2 night stay billing from Booking.com.
I'm still trying to resolve the issue. Front desk understaffed, requested phone call from front desk manager that never came. Nice hotel, but staffing issues. Lack of help at the front desk.
Parking lot exit gate not working properly.

bathroom was clean; plenty of power outlets everywhere; we liked having a sofa in the room; heater was quiet

Construction in the room next to us at 8am on a Sunday. lights inside the hot tub were not working at night - that's a safety issue
