Negatives: They informed me they would be holding $75 for incidentals but they held an additional $350 that they did not inform me about. The breakfast was a mess, they were not restocking the various hot items quick enough. Lastly the light/key card situation was very inconvenient and I did not like the motion detection light in the bathroom, the light would shut off while I was taking a shower.

Negatives: Pool heater was not working Coffee was our during breakfast and staff refused to make anymore Limited breakfast selection, most things were out. Extremely loud, rooms were far from sound proof, my kids couldn't sleep all night. Rooms were not clean to standards at all. Hot water was luke warm at best. Overall disappointing for a family trip. The location and room did not look like the pictures

Then What's the meaning to make the reservation weeks ago? If no difference pls Just put the king studio among the room selections. If I am arriving late at the evening you told me no room in high floor, Around the 4pm, this is not acceptable.
