Bathtub drain was clogged so I had to take a shower in 6" of water. Tile floor was dirty as evidenced by my socks turning black after walking on it.

Excellent customer service when I called & checked in. I had a late check in and front desk, answered all my questions, and made it very smooth. The room & hotel it self was very clean!!

1.) Last room was not totally dry, still w/ damp smell please let the room get dry by turning high fan on or open the door before a guest comes to occupy. 2.) The 2 towels got an old, black stain. Please check towels every after laundry while folding.

We got the king suite with two rooms and it was fantastic for a family because of the space and price. The breakfast was also above expectations I didnt see staff often but when I did interact with them they were nice.
Negatives:
I wish it was cleaner. I understand the baseboards cant be cleaned every time, but I felt there was a lack of mopping. Second, I wish the front desk had a bell. I was waiting there for 7 minutes before I decided to call to let them know I was there.

When Best Western built the complex, they skimped on making the rooms/walls noise proof. I could hear every step the person made above me, most of the conversations the people were having next door, and all the street noise from the cars.

Bathroom light and fan come on by motion detection, night and day. Put me next to laundry Maid's closet. Big increase in price since staying a few years ago.

The room was clean and comfortable and beautiful. The bed was nice and comfortable the room was spacious with nice lighting. The shower was strong and warm.
Negatives:
The lobby was untidy with papers and an old paper plate with pizza on it. It was a yucky introduction to the place but luckily the room was much better.
