It's easily the best hotel I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in hundreds! The vibe is wonderous, the staff exceptionally welcoming and can't do enough to help you! Our room was a really good size and had a sofa as well!
Ate there a few times and the food was delicious! Free Margs for residents Mon-Fri 3-4 pm. My favourite drink! Free coffee in the morning!
When can I move in guys! I LOVE THIS PLACE.
Location perfect! Definitely coming back and booking a 'swim up room'.

The room was super loud you could hear people on the other side of the wall and stomping above all night it was awful. The room was tiny. There were not enough outlets.

The location was great right on the Sunset strip. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Free margaritas from 3 to 4 PM were definitely a bonus. The hotel felt relevant without being pretentious. It was just an overall vibe.
Negatives:
The only part of the hotel that I would say was a downside was the bathroom. It was very tiny, and the toilet was tucked in a tiny little nook, which made it, not super user-friendly, as far as reaching for toilet paper, or actually sitting on the toilet. The shower was also pretty small and didn’t have any kind of ledge to put your foot to shave or really to put anything on as far as toiletries go, but given that we were not living there, everything was manageable for the few nights we were there. The pros definitely outweighed the con.

Alan in reservations provided the worst service. Im assuming he thought by lying over the phone about approving a cancellation it would not come back to him. But I was trying to rebook the same Room the hotel for the next night. Still no refund as promis

I highly reccomend this hotel if you are in LA for 5days /1 week. Great value for money. Nice structure, safe area, good vibes, every night there's some show in the lobby. PS: they also anticipated the check-in time to help us.

Since the moment you walk-in you realize you are not in an ordinary hotel. The lobby, the bar and overall vibe was great and very accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the pool was warm at night. The staff is great and try to help you in anyway that can. Thanks Brendan!
Negatives:
This hotel is a event venue hotel. Almost every night there some kind of event at the lobby, be it a private event, a live show or DJ. If you stay on the same floor where the lobby is or one floor above, you may have a hard-time sleeping at night. If you are not there for events like we were, definitely, upgrade to the corner quiet rooms. We had no noise complaints.
