The concierge gave us great advice about which tour company to use. The rooms were big with comfy beds. Room service was also good. They were quick and the food was hot.
The hotel is a little quiet corner of peace, just off the strip. Very handy for tour busses as there is a stop across the street. They also offer a house car for short trips, which is a nice touch.
The views from the rooftop are spectacular. Our room also had a nice view of the city.
Negatives:
The breakfast is just ok. It's a bit uninspired. Would be nice if it wasn't exactly the same each day but it was serviceable.
For this hotel to be 5 stars, they need a slightly more attentive staff - like people who always open the door, etc.
We ate poolside for our last lunch. Food was ok, not great. The table side service was almost nonexistent.

Some slight signs of wear and tear in 309 but overall only minor things - Small Chips around kitchenette areas in cupboards and small marks on walls . Nothing major ! But worth mentioning.

Huge room and bathroom. Breakfast included like they do in Europe. Lovely roof top pool with delicious food and drink. Quick valet. Illy espresso pods in the room instead of Nespresso. Illy is better.
Negatives:
This is a real complaint and not the first time its happened. When you dont book through the property, but through Booking.com, they give you the worst room with a lame excuse that they are fully booked.
Mine was dark as a dungeon and no privacy as it looked onto as public space.
But to their credit, they upgraded me and moved me to a fabulous room with a sunny terrace.
But it does make me want to stop using this app.
