Positives:
The hotel staff were very friendly and professional and customer service oriented in their interactions. We were greeted with a complimentary wine pour and escorted to our room. In the morning, we were greeted by front desk staff and we selected a complimentary croissant with drip coffee on offer. In-room tub and rainfall shower were good.
Negatives:
The property backs up to the main road so there is more road noise (trucks, etc.) in the early morning hours. The lighting options were dim and switches difficult to identify. Electric outlets for easy charging of devices near the bedside table could have made it more convenient.

Wonderful room and staff!
Positives:
Great location in downtown Yountville, easily walkable to some hot spots. Classic Spanish design influences that was beautiful. Buildings covered in grape vines that was refreshing and charming.
Negatives:
It was right on street so it was surrounded by parking lot and rooms had exterior door so it was a little noisy at times.

Using Booking.com and the hotel on the reservation was an uncoordinated mess. I was charged for 3 full nights though I only stayed two. We had requested to change to two nights long ago. We again confirmed at check-in (spoke with Davis and Yvette) about the correct departure. Booking.com and the hotel did not resolve the matter and charged us the extra night.
