Had trouble with the parking. It's pay to park now, but they use a 3rd party. So we scanned the qr code and paid for our stay, then the next morning, we received a slip saying we needed to pay for our parking. It was a hassle!

Great location to Denver airport. Shuttle bus was there when we arrived at bus stop with very helpful and safe driver. Excellent check in with friendly and efficient team member. Room larger than we thought, comfortable bed and we were able to watch a premier league game on the tv! Next door to some great restaurant options and great breakfast in hotel too!
Negatives:
No big deal however basin for bathroom was in main bedroom rather than in the shower /toilet room which we had not experienced before.

Shuttle bus arrangement was terrible. On hold for at least 25 minutes before speaking to anyone and only then was the bus sent from the hotel. We were lucky a US couple were also waiting and made the call for all of us otherwise we would have been hit with call roaming charges of $30. Overall wait for just over an hour at the airport, not what you need after a 9 hour flight. If ever in Denver again, will be choosing a different hotel as the free shuttle bus was the main reason for selection Hyatt Place.
