The location of the Gravity Haus is perfect, it sits directly at the Base of Peak 9. Room was comfortable, and clean but did have a bit of wear, and tear that you normally see in properties associated with ski areas. The staff was fantastic and were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

Hotel was fine but next...
Negatives:
Food at the restaurant wasn’t great for the price. $5 for a kids lemonade and $10 for noodles with butter. $45 or so for mediocre gnocchi with day old rotisserie chicken on top. I know it’s ski resort prices but I’ve had much better food at other Breck spots and Steamboat and Vail. Lackluster wine selection by the glass, and out of any Pinot Noir.

The room was pleasant and I appreciated the tea kettle and tea provided.
Negatives:
No disclosure of the $35 per night valet fee on Booking's site; the staff were not familiar with the local hiking trails and did not have any maps. The meager complimentary cup of drip coffee was super stingy. How about at least two cups of something for each of the guests.
