Location, room location and the desk person was nice.
Negatives:
The room was mediocre and old. The bed was coily and hurt my back. The bathroom was gross. There was a mat in the bathtub that never got moved to clean and the tub was disgusting. The microwave was dirty. Cleaning was not a priority. The room was very hot because the A/C was off. The breakfast service area was not standard clean and when I went to get breakfast after 6:30 there was none

They Staff is Rude they treat you like u are in Prison. They say you can have no visitors and also too I was sleeping and they just come Barging in at 10 am and wake me up saying check out Check out was not till 10:30 am. So they came in my room early without even knocking
