They said the room was ready when we arrived. It wasn't. Said it would be ready in 20 mins. An hour later we returned, went straight to the room, and it was untouched. Went to the desk and told them. The cleaning staff lied to the front desk. They gave us a room next to the first one. The first room never got cleaned and was left open the entire time we were there. Had to go to the front desk 2 mornings to let them know breakfast needed replenishment. Went to the front desk our last night to get change for a $20 and no one was there for 15 minutes. The woman left to get a take out dinner. She was very nice, but the hotel is simply grossly understaffed. It's a big problem in the resort areas. I won't book there again.

first arrived and had to switch rooms. room was not prepped and toilet wouldnt even flush a piece of tp. pool and jacuzzi was down for maintenance most of the trip. the path leading down to the river went into a homeless camp under the bridge, not safe.
