I was with my 90 year old mom and we were on the 3rd floor. The elevator broke on the second day and would not be fixed for 2 days since it was the weekend. I asked to be moved to the first floor but I was told they didnt have space.

Scrambled eggs would be a great benefit. otherwise nearly everything on the breakfast menu is CARBOHYDRATES. I didn't appreciate being told that there were no pets on the 3rd floor where and within 2 minutes of being on the floor, we heard a dog barki

Positives:
We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness the staff and the breakfast. They were more options than other guests had talked about. The hot tub was nice. The staff was friendly and let his use a brush and ice a scraper to clean our car off.
Negatives:
There was no ice on the top floor, so we had to use the elevator to go down to the bottom floor. We thought the pool might be closed because it was covered up but they explained that they had to do that to keep the room from fogging up.

I rented the room with the king bed and the hot tub so I could destress.

The woman who was at the front desk, when I arrived, was lazy and rude. The woman who was at the front desk when I left was rude. When I arrived, I called the front desk, because both of the lamps on either side of the bed did not have lightbulbs. I was told I would have to come down to the front desk and get them myself. Then I was told that I needed to plug the lamps in. For $157 a night, I shouldve never had to do anything. That woman was snooty and spoke to me like I was a child. The next day I called to ask for a late check out. And the womans response was mmmmm hmmmm. She shouldve responded with absolutely! Or I can take care of that for you. Some thing more professional. Not mmmmm hmmmm.

Staff wasnt super friendly. The bathtub was dripping the entire time. There was a noisy bunch above us with music and talking and then someone throwing up every 20 minutes during the night. Hard to sleep. Not enough outlets in the room. Not an extra blanket to use at night. The fitted sheet kept coming off the bed in the night. It seemed too small.
