NO HOT WATER!! wasn't told about it until I came in... asked how long has it been going on and I was told for over a month and a half!!! totally unacceptable.. she'd admit s fishing and was told I was paying a discount. I had no choice but to stay because I didn't want to look for another place... it was late and I was tired!

Comfy room and bed. Black-out curtains work so well we over-slept!

They have a problem with guests blazing weed and stentching-out the entire hotel. Yuck! They promptly throw them out (Yeah!), but the smell lingers in spite of all the fans they put in the lobby. Sign on the 2nd floor points you towards the east end of the hallway for an ice machine, but I could not find it. I ended-up having to go downstairs to get ice.

My stay was a great one had a good time and will use room again

Everything was dirty. Two of my bathroom towels had blood on them, and another one was black like it was used to wipe the floor. They allow pets, and have a cloth couch in room - meaning that couch is covered in all sorts of animal hair.

The jacuzzi tub in the room and the ice water at the front door. And we ordered pizza from our room. That Made for a great night. Thanks again. We left at 5:00am the next time we will stay for breakfast. #Existing.

Great for the mind and soul.
Positives:
The fact they refunded my 1st nights stay. They allowed me to cancel the remainder of my stay. The reason stemmed from an insect problem in the room and I was told by the night clerk there were no other rooms available. They didn't even offer to try and care for the problem. The manager that was on site the next day took care of the situation for me.

A key could not be made for my room so the hotel staff had to let me in the room. The room was not clean. Found what appeared to be drug paraphernalia in the room. Staffer that I handed it to seemed unfazed and didnt apologize. Should get a refund.

The surroundings were dirty. Rugs entering the hotel were dirty. Stains on sheets. Sheets wouldn't stay on the bed. Bood stain on a pillowcase .Elevator was dirty
