ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!! This is the WORST hotel I’ve ever been to!! Rooms are dirty, very shady and sketchy people stay there.. Every single day I was there the cops were there for one reason or another! Save your money, time and peace of mind and stay somewhere else!!

It was a NIGHTMARE!!
Positives:
I liked that when I made a booking and I paid and it said confirmed with a confirmation and my money was taken not only did it go to the wrong hotel and I had to contact them for refund which wasn’t right away. All I asked to switch rooms and I would’ve been OK, they gave me a refund went back to my card wait seven days so I feel like the hotel took a long and they would give it back when they want. Why is it so hard to just switch reservations via fax or links to the other hotel, you guys should work on that pronto.
Oh wait, another complaint too many zombies walking past my room I can’t even get a fresh breeze with my door open without someone asking me questions like I’m at the source or something if there’s anyone with any decency in the world of Motel 6, they will contact me or Bradley my complementary room I’ve been a customer with you guys since since 2008 we must get it together guys there’s no incentives for long-term customers are you gonna give me my money back or credit another room thank you for your time pay attention I will be waiting on your response.

Well, as you read prior to people walking around walking into rooms just because they’re open it’s kind of freaky so I did not like the fact that there’s no do not disturb sign on your doors. Also, why is the washing machine not working? It has been this way for so long. Motel 6 makes so much money every day on the hour that they should be able to remove the laundromat that has been locked for ages and put arcade games in for the kids. You won’t regret it. No more complaints for screaming kids
