Positives: The amenities were the best part. The pool was clean, the gym had several nice pieces of equipment and the basketball court they have was nice.

Negatives: The room was dirty, breakfast on a Monday morning was exceptionally slow. Never had eggs, or bacon, creamer ran out. Low options to begin with and then we had to wait 30 minutes for the food to come out. Then of course it ran out right away because multiple people were waiting. The receptionist was angry to sell us stuff from the little hotel grocery market they had. He wasn’t doing us a favor, just his job. I think they are a nice hotel, but the service, cleanliness, and customer service was awful.

Negatives: The price was a different we pay more, we pay for the parking because it’s no free, we ask for extra pillows and the person on the front desk only give towels, we ask for housekeeping service and the same person on the desk said “ you don’t need service because it’s only 2 nights The price on booking was 356 and the hotel charge 410 on the first day and 90 on the second one
