There were no hot water in the morning not only in my room but others too. The owner/manger JPatel promised to find a room with hot water immediately but 10 minutes later when I came back he said he did not have a chance to do that as he apparently was busy with some remodeling. Also he refused to provide a receipt showing I stayed there.

The extra lock was broken, there was a toilet in the box in the room, water temp and pressure sucked, beds were so uncomfortable, constantly noisy at night, half of the plug ins didn't work and the microwave needed to be restarted every minute.

I didn’t spend the night because of bed bugs and filth. The room was spacious though.
Negatives:
The bed had bed bugs. The clerk admitted they were bed bugs after I caught two specimens in a cup. He offered another room and I inspected it first. The bed had loose hair and debris and had obviously not been made up after last use. I pointed out the hairs and asked if he seriously expected me to sleep in that and he said yes. I left to get a better room elsewhere. A disgusting place with disgusting clerks.
