Positives: The gentleman at the front desk during checkin was very nice. I thought the hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple, works well for kids. They had two kinds of cereal and milk, make your own waffles, toast, muffins, and fresh coffee.

Negatives: No complaints, for the price this place gets 5 stars.

Positives: Filthy, warped floors. Piled up used furniture and junk out window. Trash overflow at back door. Back door open to public. Brown stains on sink. Just all round trashy place. No excuse for filth, get broom mop and bucket of soapy water. We had opportunities to stay at other Super8 on our trip across country but chose Best Western instead.
