Comfort Inn & Suites Denver Northfield

Negatives: I changed location per request of the area manager, it was way out of our way. It was in a very sketchy neighborhood. The first room they gave us was on a floor that was under construction. With mattresses in the hallway that I tripped over (after just having both my knees replaced), saws running after 5pm, pounding hammers etc. When I tried to call Aimee at the front desk the phone was dead. When I called on my cell we were moved to room directly below where the outlets on the lamp didn’t work. the lamp on the dresser was unplugged,when I went to plug it in 1 of the 2 light bulbs were broken and still in the socket. When leaving I sat down on the furniture in the lobby and realized it was filthy. This wasn’t what I was expecting when going out of my way for a company

Negatives: Breakfast says 6:30 am to 9:30 am went down at 8 am and all the food was gone lady said when it runs out they don't refill until next day, the ladies were rude not helpful lied about breakfast times they should say breakfast is first come first served not til a certain time. Kids were in hallway alone at night while parents were doing something in there rooms with doors closed. The bathrooms are disgusting the waiting room had blood all.over front counter. Not a good place to stay.

Negatives: Stayed here one night and overall the hotel needs updated. Elevator was pretty sketchy. Beds are rock hard. Lock on the door barely worked. They give you the smallest sheet for a blanket. Manager was very nice. Hotel is just run down

Negatives: Shower flooded room shower dripped all nightt,it was cold because window wouldn't shut all the way,remote didn't work,staff was rude as hell,had issues checking In with my reservation

Negatives: The shower knob was hard to use and the floor we stayed on smelled almost like cigarettes for being a non smoking hotel.

Negatives: I didn't like the room because I didn't have the best sleep and woke up a little tired. Bed was comfortable and room was fine, cigarette smell is noticeable from air vents.
