The room we stayed in was very poor cobwebs in the corner of the walls the bathroom wall had mold on the wall, stains on the chair dunno if it was body fluid stains if ya get my drift! Lamp was missing a light bulb . The cocking around the toilet was bad the curtain rod for the shower curtain was barely hanging in there just over all a bad stay , it was just a for a night but the expectation of the facility was very disappointing well not come back again.

Location was in between almost everything we had planned to do all within about a 30 min drive. The staff during the day was beyond friendly and made sure our stay was up to expectations.

Toilet didnt work in first room they put me in. That room also had an extra mattress on the floor. They moved me to a new room without any hassle. But then there was confusion about the spare mattress that they needed elsewhere and came to my new room looking for it. Disorganized situation.

There were approximately 200 migrants (according to hotel staff) and the disappointment came when the advertised "hot breakfast meant standing in line with the migrants to get a bowl of Fruit Loops, a muffin, a glass of juice and a cup of coffee.
Positives:
The room was okay and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
There were hundreds of people there. 2 elevators in one spot only and so anytime we had to use the elevator (we were on the top floor which was floor 9) we had to wait forever or pack into an elevator with tons of people. These people seemed to be migrants and a lot of them were sick/coughing/sneezing. It was just uncomfortable being so packed into a hotel.

Call and ask if they are full of people first.

We got Moved from another motel and wasnt even notified. I had to drive there and then get sent to another hotel for plumbing issues. The room was dirty and the curtains were torn off the windows . Very disappointed

The front desk staff was not very welcoming. When I came to check in the guy that was working the front desk just stared me up and down. And he wasnt very friendly.

Location was not the best and was supper busy with a bus load from the city of Denver. I'm not sure who they were but made the hotel very overcrowded!

This hotel smelled so strongly of cigarettes that we could not stay there. We spent $--- to rent a different hotel. In addition, this hotel was labeled as downtown Denver when not only was it not in downtown Denver, but we were unable to even get a Lyft

Our room was clean and quiet. We appreciated having a hot breakfast in the morning.

While the facility was clean and convenient, it was a little worn and adjacent to a construction site.

The hotel is in terrible shape. The bed springs creaked every time you got in or out. The sink didn't drain well. The sinks drain had broken parts where the water drained. The wood around the mirror was peeling away. Walls in room and bath were dirty.
