We had a great size room and the view from our room was actually great.

Our bathroom was not clean at all. The tub had hair all over it and around the tub there was ash, and different spilled substances, soap residue from the bar soap was still on the tub. There was a half a roll of toilet paper and no extra in the room. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner were half used. Overall it looked like the bathroom just wasn’t clean. Also the jacuzzi didn’t work either.

Michael at the front desk was great they accommodated everything I ask. Rooms where clean and great. The jacuzzi tub wasn't working, one call and Michael sent the maintenance man right over. About 20 minutes later the jacuzzi tub was back working

We didn't like anything about this hotel since the hotel refused to honor our fully prepaid reservation and told us to find another place to stay

Absolutely appalling treatment of paying customers. We had a fully prepaid reservation for one night. We arrived at the property to see a large number of vagrants milling around outside the hotel. Apparently, the hotel had decided to void all existing reservations (even prepaid ones) so that they could earn more money by providing lodging for people who have illegally crossed the US border. The front desk staff told us they were not honoring any existing reservations and that we would have to find lodging elsewhere. We received no notice of this prior to our arrival. They also refused to issue a refund to us for our prepaid reservation and told us we'd have to contact someone at Booking.com to try to obtain a refund. Hotel management refused to even help us find another place to stay in the immediate vicinity. They don't seem to care one bit that they are upending travelers' plans and angering paying customers. Look elsewhere for your Denver Airport lodging. Avoid this horrible place at all costs.
