Zero guidance from staff. Front desk told us our breakfast was ala cart, when infact its a buffet. Lady working the buffet was less than friendly and did not help anyone at all yet asked for a tip. The bar tender the night before claimed to not be a bartender and could only serve beer or wine. Restaurant was out of half the items on the menu. Room was supposed to have a mountain view. We had a great view of a parking lot, not the mountains. Pool was closed

The location was the best thing about the hotel. It was location near restaurants and easy access to the highway.
Negatives:
The hotel was outdated while the rooms were a bit dark. The televisions provided very few channels as most of them had no signal. Both the pool area and the fitness area were not open at all. Lastly, I noticed the atrium area was in need of a cleaning.
